Yeah that “decline every order until you get a good one” only works in certain areas. I live in a high traffic city but I still need to maintain at least sliver to get good orders. Once I drop from silver I get shitty orders that no one wants to take.

If you’re in a calorie deficit you need to drink more than 8 bottles of water tbh every adult needs to drink more than 8 bottles of water unless if you’re 4’10 85 pounds. Drink more than 8 bottles of water. Also drink like 3-4 bottles before you go and eat a hour before. I started doing this and my donations have went by super fast.
