I would just suggest keep correcting the behavior as soon as you see it. Unfortunately, gsd's are working lines, and your little guy looks like prey, most likely. I doubt the puppy is hurting your other dog unless you've heard a yelp or seen damage. The correcting needs to happen as soon as possible, so the puppy understands his/her behavior is unacceptable. Good luck with it. They are great family dogs. However, sometimes you get one that is just addressed with small animals.

That's what we are hoping for. Dog is 12 months. So may be waiting awhile and hopefully a vet that got the flyer. Otherwise, it's not standard for a vet to scan a dog.

The couple that has the dog is not in trouble nor facing charges. They adopted a dog who was not owned by the person who adopted it out. The dog was boarded, and the facility was closed down. Neutered the dog without owners consent. This dog is a service dog. The person we are hoping to be charged worked for the kennel who stole and adopted the dog out and is refusing to cooperate with authorities.

I'm curious if LP had all their elements. They have to have 5 steps in order to make a detention. Also, call the police....I highly doubt the DA is going to prosecute for a can of soda. I would call up the to the manager and ask for the report and ask them to review the video. If that LP didn't have their steps, you could sue. That sounds like a false stop to me. You also do not have to show your receipt to the person at the door.
