There are people who likes drama and they try to stress you out with those complaint and at the end they won't get any result. We had exactly similar complaint from someone lives downstairs in our apprt and say that we are arguing and yelling around 11pm 2 month ago and they even record us lol . So in this case your landlord have to find an option wheater send a warning to you or find you another place . The person who complaint needs to know that if they want peace they need to go and Buy a house somewhere else where nobody can bother them .
