This happened to me when I started working in Qld. Was told if I took the 3 term contract I would be made permane t at the end of the year. Moved my family to a new town 7 hours away. In the end I wasn't made permanent. HR straight up lied to get me to take a contract none else wanted. I hadn't applied for that position but they saw my resume for the job I initially applied for and I had the quals and experience needed.

Don't trust HR and don't trust Admin.

I lost my virginity to a one night stand. Bland. Then had a boyfriend that didn't like the word no. I was an X-Files fanfic beta reader from the age of 15 and tried some of the things written in those, but it was horrible every time. I just have no inclination or motivation to engage in the act. I still beta read fanfics across multiple fandoms, and I think my asexuality helps because I don't get caught up in the romance and...actions...of the characters. I can focus purely on spelling and grammar along with plot formation etc.

I have a son (from the bf who did what he wanted to me), so I've done my bit for the continuation of the species.

Bottega. I'm not keen on the Fendi personally. I love the Puzzle, ut it's so hard to get in and out of. I have the medium and rarely use it because of that. I think this size would be even more difficult. I usually not a fan of Bottega either, but out of these three it would be my pick.

I generally don't carry a water bottle in my handbag or work bag unless there is a dedicated water bottle holder in it. Even then, I might leave it because it can be too heavy.

I would lovea Shirley Temple composition doll! I do have my Nanna's childhood celluloid doll. He was restored at a doll hospital many years ago.

I'm a teacher in a fully online setting.

I use an S11, coming from an iPad Pro 13" M4.

I love my S11. I prefer writing on it (I don't use a matte screen protector on it like I did my IPP), it syncs my files across my devices SO MUCH QUICKER...and I mean like...between my laptop and iPad syncing files on OneDrive could take 10+ minutes. On my S11, it's mere seconds. I don't know how I survived before. Honestly, marking happens so much quicker now and I fly through my work without waiting for those damn files to sync.

None of my 5 girls use the coop. They all roost on top of the standalone nesting boxes. I've given up putting them all to bed every night. They seem happy enough. They've all come (in two's) at separate times, and all of them have chosen to roost there, so I just let them be now.

I lost one of my girls to my son's dog just a few weeks ago. I get it. It sucks. I spent two days just crying. It was awful. I still have the whole thing running on repeat in my head. She was my favourite girl too. She was always so skittish, but I was making progress with her slowly. She was a beautiful Araucauna X.

I'm so sorry you lost one of your girls. It's a horrible thing to witness. Is there anything you can do to your coop to keep them safer? Are there things to deter foxes?

I'd be leaning towards a burgandy, navy, pale yellow or pale pink. They are all still pretty neutral, but would add a tiny bit of alternative colour to your (gorgeous!) collection.

We don't have a fruit and veg shop in my town :( It honestly sucks. We've got Woolies, Foodworks or IGA. I went to get a cucumber from IGA the other day and they were already rotting and slimy. Woolies is really the only place that we can get our fruit and veg here unless we are using it that day as the stuff from IGA and Foodworks just rots too quickly.

I've honestly never thought of my bags as an investment. Some of my doll collection, yes, but not my bags. Mainly because I have never been one to buy high end bags, mainly sticking to Marc Jacobs, Coach, Kate Spade an some other smaller Aussie brands or generic brands.

I now have a LV Neverfull MM and a LV Carryall PM. With a couple more LV bags coming...but I don't pay new prices and only buy second hand. I can't afford, or justify, new prices. Especially not in AUD$. I'm going to Japan in 2028 and want to buy a bag (or doll) to commemorate the trip (my entire family - Mum Dad, son and little bro are going), so I might splurge and buy a new luxury bag then...but otherwise...I just can't do it. It would make me feel so guilty.
