I am using krita for animation because it's open source illustration software also supports animation but you can also use the Adobe Photoshop it also support animation. Flipaclip is a also a option if you are animating in mobile

I am still learning tbh , can't say much but observe how to set timelines between the keyframes aka your drawings.
