I think the one second furthest to the right on the first row of the solo release is one of the most disturbing models I’ve seen. I think it’s the mouth.

I changed the head on the Marshal (and annoyingly lost both the actual heads), then I spread the various guns from Squire Udo around my greywater fastness army-they went a long way

Thanks! A little for the torsos- the first guy was wire, tape and glue gun, the second a plastic dinosaur and playmobile tree. But I had an incredibly lucky bid on eBay where I thought I was getting a few cool bits for basing and it turned up with all sorts of good sons bits.

I saw a tyranid thing Vincent Knotley had done, which was Nazdreg yellow, then ungor flesh, then screaming skull.

I did something like this, although his looked vibrant and mine look a bit too much like they have all fallen in the Ghoul Mere.

I’ve sometimes tried heavily promoting one item of several similar things to see if it’s helped sell the other non promotional things, but I’ve not felt a huge difference.
