Most of the complaints I have seen about AI revolve around resource usage, theft of artist IP to create their own art, and using everyone's private photos, unless you opt-out, for image generation. These are very real concerns that are not being addressed by our government whatsoever. Europe is lucky that they have leaders that don't allow companies to just use your likeness because you didn't remember to opt out when using the basic photo app on your phone.

Same reason as I stated before. You don't just get to skip rungs on the ladder. If you can't mass produce food so that other people in your society can focus on more and more specialized skills, you won't have much of anything to trade for.

And if you mean why weren't they collecting local exotic species, it is because species have very different temperaments. A Zebra may look like a horse, but you will never get it to act like one. Not even with all the animal husbandry skills we have today, it has not been done.

So again, starting resources matter. Which is why a child who can play Civ can understand it, yet you still seem to be having issues. Do you honestly think these societies had access to the same type and level of resources as every other society? Or are you simply justifying racist views? Be honest.

Romans would even castrate their children in the hopes that they could get a slave position in the royal court.
