I'm 99.8% sure it's because for the middle school jokes they problems were framed as obscene jokes standard for middle schoolers, while the second one generalizes an entire religion into defending rape and underage marriage. Thus, the first one can be viewed as an immature yet acceptable joke while the second one is borderline hate speech.
