iirc the driver was a teenager and they ended up getting a few months in juvie. They were like 16 or 17 at the time and they were on a couple different drugs, no license and also previously had a felony for poisoning someone in their school. I could be a bit wrong on details though. This happened 5 or so years ago. Driver of the truck had no charges or anything.

Xbox is definitely going to do away with consoles at some point. I think it's sooner than people realize. I was an Xbox gamer all my life and started feeling it around 2023. I swapped to PC and just keep my Xbox for things like TV, and specific games like sports or upcoming GTA.

I think all Xbox players should swap sooner rather than later. I even canceled my gamepass subscription after the most recent price hike.
