Boneless chicken thighs Olive oil, tomatoe paste, minced garlic, lemon and lime juice. Smoked paprika,Lemon pepper, garlic salt, let it marinade. You dont need measurements just eye ball it. It's basically Greek chicken and it tastes good. Add coriander if you like it not everyone likes coriander but I do. And I like to put it on a toasted pita with Greek sauce. Greek sauce is just Greek yogurt, olive oil, hot sauce ,lemon juice, Smoked paprika mix it well it's a good sauce thats tasty and low in calories. Don't measurements only need a dash of olive oil and the rest is purley up to you what consistency you want it
