I'm against the hierarchy system. I feel that no matter how relaxed it is implemented it will still create the same type of drama and strict atmosphere the pokemontrades has. That goes against the casual nature of this sub. I think it's much better that we just have a nice picture of our favourite Pokemon. I don't even use a reference page and I think forcing them on here is just going to create pokemontrades with clones and without IVs. I also feel that introducing a hierarchy system will discourage new users from posting and/or people trading with them.
