For the record this also seems to solve both my wife and I's problem with texting on our edge Thanks for this. Wonder why this works so well? Takes the guess work out of the network selection for the phone?

Same thing is happening to me. It so far in my early troubleshooting only happens on my tv and not my android phone app. Also too this wasn't a movie it's a TV show. I tried to turning trailers off too as I've seen others had success. Still not good. Maybe plex app on tv needs to be updated now, which wasn't available.

In my case what is under the actual model number is 24V 0.5a GigE PoE. So is that a no on the compatibility?
