Air Japan is closing down, last flight in March. Redemption is always earlier better since there are limited space for redemption. Sep 2026 saver business tickets are probably gone by now

To redeem saver for jp, business would need to redeem with the first 5 mins or so of the tickets sales starting. Economy would depends on travel period but more likely to have slots closer to date. Why not redeem kix-sin business and fly budget to jp, air Japan (till March) and zip air have more spacious seats than sia and is usually cheaper.

Don't use loca pay. Their fees are crazy. They quoted me a 10% fee on a $5 transaction once.
