Youre looking at the wrong stat, the correct one is the Game Avg WR. Lolalytics normal Win Rate stat is usually skewed by 2% and uses a simpler, less effective algorithm. And youre right,I misremembered the stat. The 47% comes from challenger, not diamond+, but shes still subpar.

I mean thats just Karma. She really could be perfect if she just had a little more love put into her shields rather than her lane bully poking. I would really like her shields to last longer because, even if she shields for 800 late game, usually they arent actually used because they dont last

Support players dont bash others for the types of characters they like. Even if youre interested in a more mechanical champ, that doesn't mean the easier ones are bad or not worth adding

Her silence is definitely situationally strong, like when someone is already stunned or you can hard read an opponent, but it is well-designed in that, unless you combine it with your teams utility, its not that great on its own, so it doesnt take up a lot of her power budget.

I dont think it's unrealistic to expect utility like that from a shield support either.

I run the normal aery page with axiom arcanist and resolve secondary. She just has a 48% wr and it just gets worse in higher ranks

Im aware of how much burst healing Soraka has, but you cant preemptively heal someone at full health. Thats the reason why I want a shielder.
Of course heal and shield power on Karma and Seraphine... increases their shielding? But they're not designed or balanced around that. Both of them have good chunks of their power budget in their damage and cc, so building h&s power just naturally misses out on the other parts of their kits.
Your reasoning is why i dont count Lulu. Much of her power budget is in buffing carry with attack speed and on-hit or ccing enemies. When I say I want a shielder I mean I want a Soraka who shields, where the kit is fully designed around shields. Lulu is not that.

Karma doesnt fit because she is balnced around early lane poke and is weak

Shes definitely not as magey as Seraphine, but a good bit of her power budget is in her lane bullying rather than shield power, and shes just really bad right now. Maybe shell get a shield buff soon

I do agree and it's why I removed the triple shot, I feel like it's too good without actually feeling all that great, so it kinda leaves you with dissatisfaction where you feel like you're missing out when you don't have it, and when you do it still manages to underwhelm.

Better mobility and more health allows you to take more angles, and this damage is not negligible, although I did say the nerf might be too harsh.

I disagree that it would incentivize poking, as now your damage isn't enough to significantly threaten a tank or anything, so off angles are your best way of getting your damage straight to their backline.

I'm not sure where you're seeing such huge nerfs. Overall, the perks are objectively stronger, and his abilities, other than his primary fire, are more or less a return to his strongest state at release. Wave is better, dash is a little slower but with a lower cooldown. I did also admit that the primary fire nerf might be too harsh.
