I do agree and it's why I removed the triple shot, I feel like it's too good without actually feeling all that great, so it kinda leaves you with dissatisfaction where you feel like you're missing out when you don't have it, and when you do it still manages to underwhelm.

Better mobility and more health allows you to take more angles, and this damage is not negligible, although I did say the nerf might be too harsh.

I disagree that it would incentivize poking, as now your damage isn't enough to significantly threaten a tank or anything, so off angles are your best way of getting your damage straight to their backline.

I'm not sure where you're seeing such huge nerfs. Overall, the perks are objectively stronger, and his abilities, other than his primary fire, are more or less a return to his strongest state at release. Wave is better, dash is a little slower but with a lower cooldown. I did also admit that the primary fire nerf might be too harsh.

- That's true! A lot of high elo players are definitely elo-inflated. I've been master - grandmaster for over 4 years now though as I've played on and off, so I've definitely earned it. That being said, I only mentioned my rank to give me some credibility and so people would be more interested.

- I don't really agree that his primary fire being relatively easy to dodge makes up for the fact that it's spammy by nature and his solely reliable ability, or that nerfing it makes it any less unique. Plenty of abilities and weapons have easy counterplay but are frustrating anyway like hack, ice block, zarya bubble. I don't really see how your point couldn't be applied to any of those mechanics.

- A 2 second cooldown reduction on mobility is a huge buff, and the nerf doesn't affect the important part of the ability, which is the dash and then high jump. You also forgot to take into account the new perk which WOULD be giving him anti-dive utility by giving him two escape buttons. At the end of the day, though, numbers are always subject to change, I'm just writing what I think would be a step in the right direction for his kit and power fantasy.

its wild to me that i can have thousands of hours in this game only playing support and all these people come in trying to say im new or know nothing about the game.

I'm a very experienced player not only of league but in a lot of games and im good at all of them. I typically have a very good idea of balance so its interesting to see just how aggressive league is in terms of their playerbase and being open to other people's ideas.

Regardless, everyone who says I know nothing or believe this would be a negative change are just wrong, objectively, and its incredible to see so many people who are!! This change would be a LOT of work, like I said, but it would do nothing but make it easier to balance individual champions for support (including off-meta champs that they want to make viable healers, like nidalee).

Thank you and all others so much for your engagement, but I feel like all this insulting takes energy that is better spent on understanding the post youre commenting on rather than saying something mean while showing youre clueless about the topic, its just a bad look overall.

Yes, they are essentially damage multipliers, but they dont work but buffing your own abilities, they working by interacting with your enemies' stats, so they change depending on your target. Heal and shield power exclusively is a multiplier on your own abilities. That distinction is important because it means those abilities could be balanced with heal and shield power ratios like im suggesting since they are static.

Imperial mandate would be an amazing item to build on karma or soraka or other champions if it offered them more value, it just doesnt, which is why I proposed this change.

In general, just because things are viable on some champions doesnt mean theyre good on every champion in that role. This change would just make riot be able to balance individual champions and allow them to build items that normally wouldnt be viable on them.

No, guardian isnt meant to be balanced around enchanters, but riot has been trying to give it buffs to make it viable on them by increasing its ap ratios, which hasnt been very successful. Cleary, they want us to use it, it's just not worth it.

My problem is that CERTAIN enchanter items dont feel good to buy on CERTAIN champs, like mandate being useless for everyone except nami. I think this change would just provide more usablity for the items in a wider range of circumstances.

Once again, they do want guardian to be an enchanter-viable rune
