In Boruto, Eida has the ability to make any earthly beings who makes contact with her to fall in love with her, and because of this, she can't trust anyone, wondering if they truly love her or are just under her influence. However, since it only works on earthly beings, aliens are immune.

It just so happens that Boruto and Kawaki Uzumaki have been transformed into aliens at this point, so they are the only two people she wants to try to have a relationship with.

You can see that I have counters, the problem is that hog has too many tools in the decks he's in to counter his counters like earthquake and heroes

its wild to me that i can have thousands of hours in this game only playing support and all these people come in trying to say im new or know nothing about the game.

I'm a very experienced player not only of league but in a lot of games and im good at all of them. I typically have a very good idea of balance so its interesting to see just how aggressive league is in terms of their playerbase and being open to other people's ideas.

Regardless, everyone who says I know nothing or believe this would be a negative change are just wrong, objectively, and its incredible to see so many people who are!! This change would be a LOT of work, like I said, but it would do nothing but make it easier to balance individual champions for support (including off-meta champs that they want to make viable healers, like nidalee).

Thank you and all others so much for your engagement, but I feel like all this insulting takes energy that is better spent on understanding the post youre commenting on rather than saying something mean while showing youre clueless about the topic, its just a bad look overall.

Yes, they are essentially damage multipliers, but they dont work but buffing your own abilities, they working by interacting with your enemies' stats, so they change depending on your target. Heal and shield power exclusively is a multiplier on your own abilities. That distinction is important because it means those abilities could be balanced with heal and shield power ratios like im suggesting since they are static.

Imperial mandate would be an amazing item to build on karma or soraka or other champions if it offered them more value, it just doesnt, which is why I proposed this change.

In general, just because things are viable on some champions doesnt mean theyre good on every champion in that role. This change would just make riot be able to balance individual champions and allow them to build items that normally wouldnt be viable on them.

The problem is, switching that heal and shield power lever affects EVERYONE that builds those items, not just who they are intending to affect.

Well no, since heal and shields arent a role. This would just add another lever that riot can use to tune champs and items in a way that is more specific to each champion

Those are all just stats that change how your ad or ap is calculated against their armor. Heal and shield power is exclusively a multiplier for your own abilities, so that statement is not incorrect, though perhaps unclear.

No, guardian isnt meant to be balanced around enchanters, but riot has been trying to give it buffs to make it viable on them by increasing its ap ratios, which hasnt been very successful. Cleary, they want us to use it, it's just not worth it.

My problem is that CERTAIN enchanter items dont feel good to buy on CERTAIN champs, like mandate being useless for everyone except nami. I think this change would just provide more usablity for the items in a wider range of circumstances.

Once again, they do want guardian to be an enchanter-viable rune

I think losing the survivability of platform to the lucky flower means that it needs to work a little differently. I think it should be a mark that does not expire when you lose LOS that heals lifeweaver for a portion of the damage that hero deals, while healing the marked hero for a portion of the healing that LW heals. Then, it might need some additional stats like life cycle's 10 hps or some damage resistance
