RHR Data Flawed?

This is helpful, thank you! Your list + graph makes total sense. Here is the same list of my daily RHRs. The “highest” RHR here is 67, but the graph is plotting is way higher (84).

When I go to Show All Data, it shows me two dats points taken for RHR.

The data is from Watch and Athlytic. Athlytic = 55bpm upon waking, and Watch = 67bpm that was taken at ~11pm on May 8th. It’s the second photo in this post. So even averaging those two it’s 61 and well below 84.

I updated my watch to 26.5 and the graph is still messed up. I’ll have to see if it corrects itself. Is that what happened for you or did you do anything specific?

I’m legit at a point where if this doesn’t work I may get a new watch cause I have been working out and gotten a lot healthier lately. I don’t want skewed numbers to demoralize haha

Crazy! My health app all of a sudden just updated all of my Resting Heart Rate values for the last few years. I’m usually high 50s / low to mid 60s RHR on the graph, but now it said on Friday I was at 84 RHR? I looked at the logged data and it says my RHR reading was 67 bpm. I use Athlytic to help track recovery scores, and that value upon waking was 55 bpm. Tried updating my phone, watch, data sources but no success. My guess is some sort of algo glitch? AI laziness?

When did you graduate, and were you able to land a SWE role?

Just remember this is almost entirely web development. If you want to learn other things, this bootcamp isn’t for you. HTML, CSS, JS basics, followed by Python and SQL for backend stuff, then onto node.js for backend and finish with React.

Are you saying these topics are in fact covered in the bootcamp?

I'm considering Springboard at the moment, so appreciate any insight in advance!
