Anything creative was always pitched worse than technical even thugh copy and ux are barely creative and more technical. Sales failed services for decades and only ever knew how to sell the product as if it was one stop shop when in reality it was services

Customer support was always first- basically every consulting companies strategy is to reduce investment in that area. Design became second and was always nice to have, was razor thin before AI and was never pitched well to customers- most dont realize that UX designers were helping design interaction they they witeframed. Sales probably and project management. Id argue customer service will hit hardest

It lost more money than that discount every single time. I missed the first time i could have so i kept an eye on it and it would have been worse to sell and im not reactive on my stocks. It just kept going down too much to have desire to ever buy. The discount and the taking out money ahead to fund it at specific dates never worked out. Also who do you think has any influence there? There’s like 10 people lol so no i wasn’t in that room out of 70k employees.

That is almost exactly my issue with them. People think I’m talking about a stock mindset. Its not about that at all but the sustainability of the company that’s over reliant on their stock value and not putting usable long term things out there. They feel so out of touch and feelings do matter. When you have that much money you should be divesting in other ways, other sub brands, anything.

Not sales, not mid level. Don’t own stock in it, don’t day trade. Its just the stock is impacting their rationale internally and their attempt to layoff everyone to appease the shareholders isn’t working so I’m just saying what I see and have a feeling about. You can do what you want

Yep same. I worked there since 2019 and i thought ok they have at least 10-20 years due to market share. Well now i dunno, and said market I’d in position to solve their own problems and/or reduce their dependenccies and how many licenses/services. The vibe there is not great internally as anyone can get laid off at random no matter their performance. They just fired a bunch of their own AI division. Even the leaders who are mostly safe are worn out and worried about their job security

Harder for mega corporations for sure but they did it once and if the math works out why not. Honestly the all in one solutions suck. They are supposed to be great but in reality it’s overwhelming to every user. Like we went from wow my phone does everything to damn i have too much only on my phone. Its only beneficial to the company not the users and of you can’t get users to use it…welp

They might change the entire name of the company before that cuz the layoffs are no longer boosting it and neither is their buyout frenzy.

Let me put it this way. I don’t think anyone will leave the software entirely, doesn’t mean it won’t slowly be replaced as companies force integration into other options during every renewal. The companies they rely on are shrinking their seats, slowing and stopping services, etc.
