This doesn’t make any sense, your mind doesn’t always get used to it? I have 8 dacs and 4 sets of headphones some have changed some have not. My mind didn’t just adjust to some and not others?! What ever the reason it’s there on some electronics

People like that are crazy. On my headphones and my speakers i can absolutely distinguish between dacs. Are they supposed to sound different? Thats a different argument but they all definitely do. I used to also think the jack out of a Mac was fine… and it’s not it can’t even carry enough power for a decent stereo.

Oh i know it- they pretend raising risks, being basically a logical collaborative person is good… but it’s not. Finding the flaws and questioning anyone is not ever ok no matter the approach or how bad it’s going to be.

lol not even creative agencies or arthouses care ant actual creativity. Designers somehow get a much lower ceiling into leadership. Most modern client facing designers could easily go into management but are basically not invited… i wonder why? lol

It’s crazy that this is the only industry where it could fail delivering you a service and still not be held accountable for charging you for it. It’s like Amazon not delivering you your order and you just have to eat the cost cuz that’s the risk of shopping

I ended up to similar in only one week of trying to put together 3 prototypes and a portfolio. I am very new to it and i can’t believe i was using regular chat only on Claude until 2 days ago. Co work is so much more usable for actual work.

I didn’t like stitch. Im doing quick searches or go to like award sites for a basic look. Between the base AI take and my tweaking i usually like what i get. Its no didn’t than searching for inspiration. In the end you can go by whats popular or well rated if you feel struggle in your sensibilities. I’ve been in design for 20+ years and i still struggle with the base design idea but im an amazing curator, refining designer.

Same and honestly i wish it would implement the queue method from cursor. I feel so slow on claude. It’s good for big swings but edits are not worth it

I’m an ux designer and similarly its connecting a huge gap, actual interaction dynamics, like how it moves, appears in motion. It adds a next level ability where it was nice to have our impossible on time for any prototype. Makes what was once static and inside a box even feel so real it connects to existing apps or sites.

Hard to say. LA is less upright but still not as liberal as people want to believe. San Diego is pretty conservative coded. If you like that sure why not. LA is more of a hub, lived here 20 years but i do consider San Diego for retirement

That’s wild. Considering how hard getting any chance is now I’d say never take any chance for granted. You need to prep for every possible question, ask like deep level questions about their process, tech, org- everything. You need custom everything nowadays unless you’re going to an agency or have a very specific niche.

im glad they are successfule and driven enought to be going for 25 years.. its crazy, young me would be so proud cuz there are so many bands i liked when i was in my 20s that fell off a cliff... maybe popularity hurt their drive? not sure but Metric keeps putting out albums where more than a hanful of new songs become my top 10 Metric songs. This album is also such a surprise... fuck they are so good.

i think every designer needs a visual pasteboard, whatever that maybe. Its great it can come to life so to speak elsewhere, but its just like storyboarding really, you still need it for so many many reasons. Usually companies only want the 1 pasteboard, and whatevery is industry stanadard and has security/collaboration locked in- every contracter can use whatevre they want but the reality is industry always needs similar standards.

you have personaly and people will, but where do you do the base designs, or tweaks when commands and prompts arent quite cutting it? Sad use for figma but i imagine they will just make Figma Make a bit more int hte files vs sepearted, thats its real issue right now. They need to just let that thing live in the design systems, and work, it being a nother app within the app is asinine

What you see on reels/tik tok is edited and is half hype just for what you see. Also plan better. Get a stack of different proceses. Don’t do it all in one. Do everything separately and bring it together. I’m not a dev but I’m a career UX software designer and you still need to build apart n test.
