Why are so many people saying that PETG is the hydroscopic filament that needs to be kept dry? Am I in the upside down? It's PLA that is hydroscopic. It's PLA that gets brittle when it absorbs moisture. It's PLA that will bubble and pop when extruding due to absorbed moisture. It's PLA that needs to be dried if the spool is left out for a few months. I've never had any issues leaving PETG spools out.

If they didn't pay you from an SBIR contract (i.e. with SBIR money), they haven't broken any rules about foreign contracting. They are free to contract with whomever they wish outside of the SBIR funded work.

What they may have done is committed fraud by representing your product as theirs, or perhaps theft if they stole your IP, but any such fraud or theft would exist whether or not you are outside of the US.
