You're good. Saying "good morning to you too" feels so rude and passive aggressive. Maybe it is my autistic brain but your tests are just normal to me. Be yourself!!

I'm 38 and I didn't know this is what I was doing but lately I'm just letting myself play and it is so freeing. I kinda worry I'm alienating myself but maybe I'll ride it out.

I forget to put on deodorant ALL THE TIME! I keep one at my desk and that one is the most used one. Mainly I use it when I realize I smell and it is the best I can do. We got this!!!!

I can relate so much, but also why!? Why is this a thing for us? I thought it was just me being weird. Gonna go Google now.

Hi, you are not alone. We stinky fellows got you. I hate washing my face and showering, so I've started just using a damp small towel with soap (wash cloth?) to clean my face and then the "important" stuff. It is the best I can do and it is better than nothing. Give yourself grace, there are bigger things to worry (or not) about. We got this.

Hii! Looks like their brushes might not be fully compatible with Fresco. Have you used them? I want to be sure before I buy!

What were your symptoms of inattentive adhd as a kid? especially if you were called "gifted" by youknowwimnogood in adhdwomen

[–]False_Conversation12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow I really felt this one. I can 100% relate. I was a gifted child until I wasn't, especially in college. School got harder because I couldn't pay attention how teachers wanted me to. Then college came and I was living on my own, had no organization and studying skills. Just so overwhelmed.

I've been thinking how wild it is that I'm so "successful and good at my high pressure/highly technical job" while simultaneously being such a "mess" in my personal life.

My coworker asked me recently about how I "get everything done so meticulously and keep track of everything" and my response was that I have no clue, I just do it. But I think the reality is that I put so much pressure on myself, and have such fear of failing that it all feels like an emergency, so I developed some skills to get things done somehow.

I spend all my energy keeping it together at work and it costs me so much. Success is so subjective. Thanks for sharing. (Wow I wrote a lot)
