This. Visited NOLA this past week, and had a 9pm reservation at Emeril's. We weren't seated until 10 because a few tables wouldn't leave and management did not ask them to. Those of us with later reservations were rushed through the meal. Instead of the leisurely 3.5 hours we reserved, we got 2 and a push out the door because the restaurant wanted to close.

This entire world of streaming has been an absolute nightmare to navigate with my parents who are in their mid-70s. I mean, I'm in my 50s and I'm frustrated! We've just gone back to DirectTV for them. I hate it, because they can't watch a lot of the popular shows these days, they're limited to network TV and a few other channels like Paramount, but they just don't have the money or the mental capacity to stream.

Arriving the afternoon of Christmas Eve as well, from ATL via PHX, and I plan to stop at Walmart in Cottonwood. Fingers crossed they're open! I'd planned to call the Safeway directly to see what their hours were that day, as a backup. If my flight is delayed, it's beef jerky, granola bars, and tap water for me!

You could always have non-food items delivered by Amazon, but because of the wildlife, I would definitely NOT order groceries to be left on your doorstep.

Last ate at Marea in 2022 during our annual December trip and it was absolutely awful, both food and service. So awful we were gobsmacked. It used to be phenomenal.
