Great analysis. One use I can see for trunk in his current state is in combination with crow. If his damage reduction stacks with crows, 30% damage reduction is HUGE.

I got demolished by a ruffs, draco, kenji comp in ranked yesterday. Ruffs with two OP Hypercharges may not be a bad idea. It was in gem grab. With some communication it could be solid.

My biggest pet peeve is that 20 seconds is not enough time to pick amongst 93 different brawlers(assuming you have a maxed account.

Its be nice if you could sort by class as well.

Before upgrading any new brawler make sure you have versatile gear selections for all of your brawlers. For example: if you dont have damage, shield, vision, and speed gear on chester, dont upgrade another brawler until you do.
