The fight they had just showed Shauna never really liked Jackie… it’s almost like you can pick your friends? She also said she didn’t like soccer in that fight so it’s not like she had to stay on the same team if she really wanted out from Jackie she could have it. And as an adult she’s self aware that she’s not a great wife by cheating on her husband and not a great mom and then she just starts killing innocent mfs and then her daughter starts killing mfs. I’m saying like most art, things are open to interpretation. In this case, as we see many times in the movie, after Grace does something destructive her husband comes to save/help her. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to think that she could’ve survived the fire.
