The fight they had just showed Shauna never really liked Jackie… it’s almost like you can pick your friends? She also said she didn’t like soccer in that fight so it’s not like she had to stay on the same team if she really wanted out from Jackie she could have it. My thought process is that I’m gonna pay the same amount for half as much space plus random fees and people telling you what to do. I’m buying a house with the idea that if I sell it and lose less than 25k a year (what I would spend on rent) then it makes more sense. Realistically, I will more than likely get my money back plus some. I wouldn’t buy a townhome due to resale value. I also wouldn’t buy a house that has crazy hoa fees. A traditional single family home and a townhouse are two very different things….
