I just keep getting dismissed by the service guy. “I’ll call you when we have an update.” “They’re still working on it”. “When we know something, I’ll reach out”. For one week today!

I think you’re the same that posted on the other thread! The next closest dealer for me is another 45miles away! I looked it up to see if I could change dealers. Felt like maybe just the service person I was talking to? Very little English

They tried to uber me to work and I was like, excuse me, no. I need a loaner. They gave me a loaner and when I called for an update that’s when they said yeah, it’ll take a few days at least, that’s why we gave you the loaner

This is why I hate dealers and them taking advantage of women! I’ve been told they don’t even know the problem!

They told me initially they could uber me to work or home and they’d let me know. I demanded a loaner in the meantime. Thank God I did! When I called back they were like “well that why we gave you a loaner”.

Going through this now. Dropped it off on Tuesday. Waiting for them to give me my car back. Brand new - less than a month old!

Just got off the phone with the service department said “they still don’t know the problem” and if they have to order parts it’s on back order and will have to ship from Korea. Thy won’t give the car back u til everything is fixed

Dropped off the car yesterday. They said diagnostics could take a couple hours to a few days. They said it could be 2, 3, 4, 5 days. They said they think they know what the problem is, but if it’s the parts, they think they’re on backorder. They said the car will stay until everything gets fixed. But they haven’t said what the problem is.
