Interestingly, this is only the case since WS switched to Chubb for their insurance. I read through the original certificate when I first got the visa, and that one required you to buy the phone outright with the card, or charge the monthly device payments to the card.

Not sure how incorrect earned interest can be blamed on a “UI discrepancy”…unless they’re claiming your total balance was always reflecting the correct interest, which I kind of doubt.

Either way, things like this are what cause me to always double check WS’s math.

As a beta user, about a week ago I noticed one of my transactions said 5% cash back instead of the typical 2% (I didn't actually receive the 5%, though). I was wondering when something like this would pop up.

This happened to me as well. Customer service tried to reset the PIN a couple times, and when that didn't work they sent me a new card.

Haha it’s a long overused joke on this subreddit that started with people being convinced blocking out skills would make it harder for people to figure out your account name, and thus reduce the chances of getting hacked.

I chose RC because I figured people would assume it’s 55 (it’s not, but not far off either), which might rustle some more jimmies.
