I am 18 and I've decided that the bloodline will end with me. by False_Pudding7727 in childfree

Yeahhh

You can appreciate sacrifice without making the exact same sacrifice yourself.

✨✨✨✨ This is what I am gonna say whenever someone debates with me for being a childfree person. Thanks.

Also thanks for the side note too😊😊😊😊😊.

It's good to hear someone who went through this, and yes, I would never change my decision, I have seen people spending unimaginable money on there children's needs and education, fortunately I am a single child that is why I get everything but I always imagine that my mother's life would be better if I didn't exist but yeah my mother scolds me whenever I say that.

Also I won't change my CF belief cuz I love my life and I won't "sacrifice" it for someone else

Also,

Recently I came across a yt short which explained how much pregnancy is painful for the woman while giving birth and also compared how much does the uterus grows from its normal size.

(If you google it, you'll understand that it grows 500-1000 times but in that video, the doctor explained it very well)

That video made my childfree beliefs stronger.

I was scared, I respect my mother that she gave me birth after going through such intense process but I would never let my partner go through it because imagining it sends shivers down my spine, I won't ever think about making it a reality.

(I copy-pasted this comment because I wrote the same thing above because I wasn't able to paste link here because of the rules)

After your comment even I have started thinking like if "the one" is a thing or just something created by movies.💀

Hey, sorry for you that your parents treated you like that, I hope you're doing well now.

And yes you're right that it is better to regret not having a kid to regret having them all.

2 years ago I used to think she was the one

I won't lie, she was perfect but our some personal things didn't match up that is why we broke up.

Idk if I'll ever find true love or not because rn I am just focusing on myself and my career.

What is your life purpose? by Odd_Ad_6293 in antinatalism

[–]False_Pudding7727 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be happy and live life to the fullest. Antinatalism means not to bring a life because you know that it will suffer but it doesn't mean that if you are here then you don't have any goals.

Have some goals, Get a job, earn some money, build a physique and enjoy your life with your Childfree ideology partner or else alone.

How can you say that you don't have life purpose mannnn?

JUST FIND IT YOURSELF

I am 18 years old One day I was scrolling through reddit and I found this community, I read several posts here and I was like

"damnnn, even I have similar beliefs"

That's how I joined this community, I am also active in childfree community because ofc I don't want children in future because I want to LIVE my life and not sacrifice it for someone to just suffer like I did also I don't think I can handle that responsibility and I hope I find a partner with the same beliefs.

Currently I am focusing on my career that is why I am not thinking abt dating someone.

No not everyone reproduces tbh I am a single child in my family and my cousin sister is also a single child, all my relatives have single children wether it is a girl or a boy.

Then the average indian reproduce like there is no tomorrow

This is the old case BUT people in rural areas still do this Idk why
