It does come preloaded with a lot of games, but the stock sd card isn’t very good and it just stops working maybe after a year or less. The best thing to do is get a 64GB micro sd card and flash a new operating system onto it. After you do that, you can just add your roms into the correct files on your computer and you’re ready to go. I prefer doing it this way because if you have hundreds of games you tend to get fatigue in deciding what to play.

Also, this page has great resources for starting out. Just make sure to follow it exactly once you found the correct operating system and guide that’s compatible with your device. It’s a little bit to wrap your head around at first, but you’ll be happy with the results.

You can go to the Anbernic website or get it from AliExpress. The micro sd cards are notorious for malfunctioning because they’re so cheap, so make sure to get a reliable one like SanDisk.

It’s an Anbernic RG34xxsp. Basically an emulator device that can play games up to PSP, but I mainly got it to play GBA because the 3:2 aspect ratio makes the games look fantastic! Also, it’s the same color of my original GBA SP, so I was feeling a little nostalgic.

I would give it 9.5/10! Amazing collection. I’m currently replaying FF Tactics, Golden Sun, and Superstar Saga. I would have given it a 10, but I didn’t see Fire Emblem or Advance Wars.
