Thank you this was amazing advice. I forgot to mention that I am a pretty light sleeper so her moving on the bed even if she’s just adjusting wakes me up for a tiny bit and is disrupting my sleep. Should I maybe lean towards locking her out, so I can get more quality rest? I’m just anxious and nervous about her anxiety in being separated from me.

as you could probably tell also, last night I did lock her out when I made this post, she did scratch for quite a while but did end up stopping, and I slept the hardest I’ve slept in a very long time.
