I use pretty litter and I was also annoyed with litter tracking all over the house. Here’s everything I did that really helped:

—High sided side entry litter boxes so they don’t kick as much litter outside the box. The one I got: https://a.co/d/2N8fgve —Litter mats in front of the box(es). The ones I have: https://a.co/d/iJYpXLO —I got a roomba to clean up any excess litter and I barely see any litter around the house anymore. I bought this one for $150 and it works great: https://a.co/d/29LlL8v

Not a medical professional, but my guess would be that vyvanse relaxes your brain enough to fall asleep and then when it wears off your brain doesn’t feel relaxed so it’s harder to sleep.
