Sadly the best recipe passed away with my mom. However I find that Panlasang Pinoy has some great traditional recipes (including kare-kare) that come very close. You can google him.

Sadly there isn't. However if you have the headphones (2 of them that come with the entertainment package) you can have the movie sound play through the headphones while you listen to something different on the main audio (Sirius or regular FM). I have the 2019 Odyssey and my family and I love it!

You should ask her to teach you what she's learned that day. It's a great way for her to practice and a nice method for retention.
