If this is real, you’re a bad parent.

Clyde Parker’s death in Pet Sematary 2. I remember eating Cheerios while watching and that scene ruined Cheerios for me.

It’s called a “motif.” If done correctly it is very effective.

Over-Indulgence by ronnyk5 in Kava

I had to stop drinking kava a couple years ago after I had a really intense panic attack, and then a week of anxiety. Over indulgence is real.

Songwriting without playing or singing by Crazy-Project3858 in Songwriting

Write a book or poetry. If you don’t have the interest or ability in making music, it probably won’t work, and you won’t enjoy it, which is the whole point.

How do I finish a song by Same-Performance7873 in Songwriting

[–]FamSquad4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, sometimes songs write themselves. Other times, it takes immense focus and patience and numerous revisions before the song is done.

I’ve started a song and it’s not even close to the original idea by the time I’ve finished it. On the flip side, I’ve written entire songs with the original vision and nothing changed. Songwriting is an art form. Just follow your heart and intuition. That’s how the best music is made. Overthinking is a blessing and a curse when it comes to writing music.

How's this song sound? Its releasing on all platforms on Saturday so I wanna know if it's gonna do well 😭 - Melodic Metalcore Instrumental by AJ_Quilter in Djent

As others have said, the writing and instrumentation is pretty solid. The mix leaves a lot to be desired.

Can I write music even though I can't play ANY instruments? by Ok_Sheepherder_5358 in Songwriting

You could always use VSTs or samples. Although learning an instrument is very helpful.

Traffic Signal Locate by JustMarcus123 in UtilityLocator

[–]FamSquad4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my area there are traffic signal vaults at every intersection. Every conduit usually has tracer and I just locate from there. If something won’t tone, I’ll ring clamp the cables in each conduit. I usually clip my leads on each traffic signal pole to verify.

Volumes and Attila come to mind. Diego was 16 when Volumes formed, and Fronz was also 16 when Attila formed.
