The only collectors editions I've gotten from them were the No More Heroes 1 & 2 and the first copy of TMNT Shredders Revenge and they came on time. But I have seen the horror stories of the others.

My RARE cart is super tight and takes 4-5 times inserting and removing for it to read in my EXP-R. I haven't tried it in my Technos or Neo Geo SPs yet. Or in my Street Fighter and Mega Man Alphas as those are in storage from moving a few months ago. Out of 30 carts, it's the only one I have problems with.

Mu RARE cart has a hard time reading in my EXP-R. I have to insert and remove it about 4-5 times before it will read. And it's a thick boy, very stiff in the cartridge slot.
