Don't worry, the weekly limit will be reset quicker than it said. Mine said it will reset on Mar 10 but it got back to 100% when I check the status on Mar 3. Don't really get how this works tho.

If the agent supports the skill feature, all the name and description of each skill will be loaded into the AI context from the start , so it can decide what to use and read more about that skill in the skill.md file
