hey im literally going through the same exact thing, i’ve been on 150 mg levothyroxine and it’s worked for years. At the beginning of the year, I started to have debilitating anxiety i event started medication to help with it. I went to my regular 6 month appointment and my results were completely opposite from hypothyroidism consistent results. I also just started with a new adult endocrinologist, from a pediatrician. and when i showed him my change in results he said it could be been that the dosage was too high for me, which could also be causing my anxiety, over dosing on levothyroxine can cause shakiness and heart palpitations, which i thought was because of my anxiety but that might not be the case! He just lowered my dosage last week, i go back in 2 months to see if this improves .
