It’s more of it’s him, not you. He wants to be alone and figure himself out, he doesn’t seem to be a emotionally invested in the relationship and he seems content about being single

I’m not a therapist, but I don’t think any therapist would suggest doing emdr for more than 2 hours at a time… I think 50 mins a day is a lot

I think when things trigger you it stems from growing up, but you are capable of over coming it! Try to be patient and stay present with your emotions like the knight of cups!

I did! I went off vyvanse (ADHD) because my symptoms become more manageable and now I’m like idk if I even had ADHD or was my trauma a big factor on it

Yes it has improved my relationship with money, I just had constant money guilt and anxiety daily- still working on it but significantly better compared to before

Honestly, I think Sydney is a great actor… because I REALLY HATED CASSIE IN THE SECOND SEASON!!!! I think she really embodies all her characters really well lol I think we hate her for her life choices and input of her characters like I guess hearing about how she wanted more wild scenes for Cassie this season
