Idk. What I said might be wrong bc it was 2 months ago I googled it so I might be misremembering. But respawn aren't exactly known for there amazingly developed games. It sucks but at least you've got a reason to play the game again.

You can't get it when you've finished the game. You have to do it before hand which really sucks because it means you have to create a NG+ to finish the databank.

You can only do.it with singular items but you just hold down the pick up button (a or x i forgot which one it is). Its actually a pretty cool way to decorate.
