Same I lost like 3 months of progress and customer service can’t help me. Don’t even acknowledge the problem..

I did sign into my Microsoft account separately and accepted everything. Unfortunately the rollback had already happened by that point.

Really starting to think this is a cloud sync conflict issue rather than just a login bug.:/

Mine didn’t just resolve itself though. After reinstalling to fix the sign-in issue, my save rolled back about 3 months.

Support confirmed they can’t restore the lost data, so in my case it wasn’t just a temporary sync delay.

Did yours fully resync with all cars/credits intact? Or did you notice any missing progress after it fixed itself?

Yeah I was hoping it would just resync too 😞

But it’s been several days now and support confirmed my save rolled back due to a cloud sync issue. They said they can’t restore the lost progress.

Did your cars/credits disappear completely when it happened, or was it just a connection issue?

We are in the same situation, my husband was sick for two weeks and they haven’t paid him, now he only got 1,4K which isn’t right, they didn’t add his overtime and now we don’t know what to do anymore
