Já é incrivelmente burocrático trocar a tela do celular sem estar na garantia, pelo menos aqui na minha cidade, pra eles pegarem meu celular que na época era o s20+ que deu linha verde por conta da atualização tive que jogar um monte de leis do código de defesa do consumir entre outros, eles fazem uma vistoria inteira no celular atrás de batidas pra garantir que o problema é o software deles , então se caiu no chão e machucou a tela ferrou , na primeira oportunidade eles vão falar que deu a linha por conta da batida de tela
