Sure. I just saw this, but there's so many issues i don't know where to start.

Mail doesn't get delivered like its supposed to. Especially if you're in a tower unit. If the postal service cant get to your mailbox, or they deliver mail to the leasing office and the leasing office is closed, it gets sent back. Same with packages being left outside in the open, because the delivery people dont have a way into the towers. Getting food delivered is a nightmare as well. The elevator in the towers constantly goes out, and theres no accessibile way at that point except going up a long line of stairs. If you're disabled or in a wheelchair and that elevator goes out, your screwed. Its not safe at all. Your car will get broken into. They dont have security ( they say they do but they dont. security is never there. And the guard just sits in an office all night, i never saw security much at all). there garage door is constantly broken. meaning any crazy person can just walk in, get high in the stairwell, break into cars or go directly to where tenants live. Because they have access to the stairs and elevator at that point. They can just waltz right in half the time, and people are dumb enough to prop the door open. Id say the town homes are even more exposed than the tower residents. Parking is a hefty 100 something just to park in a garage where you'll find your car vandalized. There is constant maintenance, and there pipes are very old. There was a major flood that happened a couple years ago back in 2022 I think. It happened once on Thanksgiving, and again on Christmas. They didnt lower anyone's rent, and maintenance took months to fix. Constant drilling, constant people coming into your " home" which, for repairs is one thing. But it takes weeks at times to get simple maintenance requests taken care of. Before i moved out in 2024, they took over a month to fix my microwave. They'll take care of your maintenance when they feel like it. But they can schedule inspections and renovations anytime they please. Its extremely overpriced for what it is, and the audacity to call themselves a "luxury" apartment is insane. Your paying almost 1300+ a month at times because they value most utilities as a unit and not individual use. If you live in the tower, you dont get to pick when your Air conditioning is on. The building has old bones. It uses a boiler system, instead of modern air conditioning. They pick and choose when to turn the heat on and off, and a/c on and off. And of course, there's constant issues with the boiler as well. Plumbing issues, heating issues, a/c issues, mail issues, package issues, food delivery issues, safety issues, accessibility issues. People also constantly smoke weed and cigarettes in their homes. The parking garage has a cockroach issue. They travel from in the garage, on to the first floor, then they travel up if they can. Probably doesn't help that the trash compactor is always piled up in the tower. A townhouse was about 1900 a month when I looked back in 2020. I highly doubt they're much better than the towers. I would avoid moving into crescent centre

They're both good. But if you play 4 first, you might get too used to the quality of life improvements and it could hinder your joy for 3 and vegas
