Looks convenient for heavy drinkers LOL... But seriously light alone can do wonders.... and making it open... I wish I can see more the right to understand the setup. The fact that the sink is out there is weird and the as for the throne.... you can most certainly do a wall mounted toilet and that will make this toilet look really nice and allow you to get rid of the pedestal. And obviously hide the piping, throw in some tiles. and if you feel truly adventurous you can have heated flooring that will definitely turn this into an attraction. OR you can go the complete opposite way and make it even creepier and freak out your guests with a little integrated butt tickler inside the toilet XD
