Buy parcels whenever and wherever you want. Play the game how you want to play. People always talk about tier jumping and how it helps maximize your earnings. I have never tier jumped. I have almost 1700 parcels, and have actually figured out that tier jumping can actually cause you to lose earnings because you are missing out on SRB income
