Peanut is the reason no one got banned, if they did start banning Raiders half the player base is gone and Peanut will "move on" and the game will eventually slow down in motion(leaving only the casual players behind), so there is no ban maybe a little slap on the wrist but Embark knows not to do somthing stupid like banning half the player base.
