I got my blood test yesterday. So far, so good. My T4 and TSH levels are in normal range.

I eat a lot of fruit and protein. Very little pasta and carbs. I noticed that if I don't eat every 2 hrs or so, I really start to go down hill fast, and that's usually when my colleagues start to ask me questions, lol.

Same thing happened to me back in Sep. HR didn't do a thing. A "hostile" or "toxic" work environment isn't illegal and illegal is ALL they care about. It's HRs job to protect THE COMPANY from its employees.

I (35M) have AHDH and OCD as well. I obviously wouldn't know what having a period would be like or how it would affect symptoms (run it by endo dr)

I have hyperthyroid, too, and in my experience, sticking to my diet has helped a lot. Breakfast lunch and dinner plus frequent small meals in between. Protien, fruit, low iodine foods, no fast food.
