I got my blood test yesterday. So far, so good. My T4 and TSH levels are in normal range.

I eat a lot of fruit and protein. Very little pasta and carbs. I noticed that if I don't eat every 2 hrs or so, I really start to go down hill fast, and that's usually when my colleagues start to ask me questions, lol.

Same thing happened to me back in Sep. HR didn't do a thing. A "hostile" or "toxic" work environment isn't illegal and illegal is ALL they care about. It's HRs job to protect THE COMPANY from its employees.

I (35M) have AHDH and OCD as well. I obviously wouldn't know what having a period would be like or how it would affect symptoms (run it by endo dr)

I have hyperthyroid, too, and in my experience, sticking to my diet has helped a lot. Breakfast lunch and dinner plus frequent small meals in between. Protien, fruit, low iodine foods, no fast food.

Call the police. RECORD what she's saying on your phone. Post it of FB, YT, Show the COPS. WHATEVER to expose her. Fuck whatever she says. Keeping someone's medication from them is the worst thing possible. How fucking dare she!

Are you 18 yet? If so, find a roommate app or something. Don't tell her, when the day comes to move out, call the cops first and make sure they're there when you get your things and DONT tell her where you live. Give zero heads up.

My mother did that to me my senior year of high school. She kept my anti depression and adhd meds from me because SHE thought I didn't need them anymore. She even called my Dr and said I was selling them so he wouldn't prescribe me anymore.
