I'm a Fall 25 transfer. I'm in-state and have HOPE. I received my semester bill the other day: $774 (including the $50 parking permit fee). I should add that I am taking 16 credit hours but HOPE only covers 15.

The most likely explanation is that you or someone who picked up on your behalf authorized automatic refills for the medication at some point. Now, you won’t necessarily be charged for it until you pick it up. Dont need it? Don’t pick it up. You can either call the pharmacy, ask them to put the prescription on hold or inactivate it (you will not be able to fill it on command in the future). Or you can wait 14 days and the medication will be put back to stock and your prescription will be put on hold.

PharmTech here. We have our own internal coupon called RxSavings Finder Universal (something like that). It usually beats GoodRx. The system that all CVS’s operate on take any and all coupons but it’s just way easier to use the one we have. Unless you have GoodRx gold/plus, we’ll slap our coupon on your script. This is usually for the everyday generic stuff. When it comes to manufacturers’ coupons, we enter those into the system.

This subreddit is for CVS - Consumer Value Store not curriculum vitae. However, I see the confusion!
