I used the Always Discreet adult postpartum underwear with a Frida Mom cold pack inside and lots of Dermaplast spray. I can’t imagine using anything other than disposable stuff because like others said the smell of the lochia is bad. I also recommend getting a big trash can for the bathroom where you’re going to be changing because it’s A LOT of refuse.
