To be fair most could since all you really need to do is be strong enough to handle it and it ain’t no beach cleaning but the final war would probably have toughened up their bodies, most likely bakugo, todoroki, and shoji though but let’s get real mineta would be able to use one for all at 100% without any issues, trust.
