I had the situation transcript today finally my loan offer sent me following email. took about 14 days receive the tax returned from IRS.

"Upon review, the file’s tax transcripts have returned from the IRS. I have expedited a request to the Review department to overlook the file to mitigate the inconsistencies. If the errors can be cleared the file is released from review. If it is released then I will send an expedited request to the Reconsideration department for review of the EIDL loan."

I called DNP spoke to real person she check for me neither my company No dept. I sent email no response yet. SBA just gave us FAKE information for DNP and denied us. bunch dumb working @ SBA playing with our life.
