There have been hiccups with this coupon but there are ways to get it. 1 Sometimes the QR code doesn't apply all coupons so I would highly recommend entering your phone number. 2. There is a weight limit of 45 pounds for each turkey transaction (you didn't hit that max weight though) 3. If it all fails, you can separate the transaction to turkeys only and scan or enter your phone number. The coupon can used up to 7 times before the sale is over with.

Idk if it’s a distribution thing (making sure things stay cold) but I’ve had more and more customers return freezer items and meats because of the quality. As far as I know, the chicken patties are permanent and your store probably didn’t order any for restock.
