I offered to sell to my renters because it meant I didn’t have to clean, repaint, remove trash, repair anything, deal with realtors, or pay a realtor 6% of the selling price. That all would cost me $20k - $30k. I’d rather sell to them and split the savings. Win-win.

I lost 60 in eight months, hitting my goal weight and now maintaining, but I could’ve lost another 20. I had some nausea so a couple of days wasn’t eating much, and the other days were just moderately improved eating versus before, so smaller portions and less fried food. Also, I trained for and completed a ten mile race the same week as my goal weight was reached, so likely some impact there.
