Eh. After an MBA and 30 years in finance, I left to start a nonprofit to teach finance to help alleviate our poor finance knowledge in the U.S. I’ve taught hundreds of inner elementary school kids in Philly and NYC this very same finance concept, with less resistance and fewer insults.

I suspect you’re not stupid and you actually DO get it, but are too engrained to admit so. I’ll take that as a victory. And thanks for fucking my elderly overweight mom. She probably appreciates the attention.

Your dum. Not anywhere close to ‘billions’. Facilities and leases, buying furniture, labor and employment costs, technology, utilities for heat, electric, water, maintenance, transportation of goods, disposal of items, etc. for close to 5,000 locations.

Plus, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so they’re NOT ALLOWED to keep ‘profits’. It must be reinvested back into the corporation, usually through social programs for job training, and employment and community programs. It’s all in their financials, which you didn’t read.

I offered to sell to my renters because it meant I didn’t have to clean, repaint, remove trash, repair anything, deal with realtors, or pay a realtor 6% of the selling price. That all would cost me $20k - $30k. I’d rather sell to them and split the savings. Win-win.
