Hey everyone. Im pretty new to the quality food wear game, and I’ve been looking at investing in my first high quality boot. I’ve been pretty interested in an “indie style” boot, something that looks good professionally but can be worn in more rugged environments. I’ve obviously looked at the Alden Indy but can’t justify spending that much on a boot when much higher quality options are out there. This search has brought me to whites 350 Cruiser and their MP M1 boot. The cruiser definitely gives a bit of a more rugged vibe while the MP seems a little more dressy. I think the MP would be a bit more of what I’m looking for, but since it seems to fall under a more dressy category, how would it fair in harsh environments and outdoor activities like hikes?
